Located on the main road connecting downtown Tunis to the northern suburbs (La Marsa, Carthage, Gammarth).
Strategic location, just a few hundred meters from the shores of Lake 2.
Completely renovated apartment located on the first floor of an old building (no elevator).
It comprises a spacious living room with three bedrooms, two with single beds and the third with a double bed, as well as a shower room, a kitchen, and a large terrace.
* The apartment is on the first floor of an older building (unfortunately, there is no elevator) and has been completely renovated.
* Not suitable for people sensitive to traffic noise, as it is located on a busy main road.
Other things to note
Heating is controlled directly by a thermostat previously set to 20 degrees
Winter temperatures range between 19 and 21 degrees.
Guests are not allowed to tamper with the thermostat .
Apartment's house rules
a copy of identity for each of the guests ( Passport or both sides Tunisian national identity card for guests of Tunisian nationality) must be sent immediately after confirming the reservation through Vrbo messaging.
these same rooms must be presented at the time of identity verification which will be carried out by one of our team members and which will be held , after planning with the guests , within the first 24 hours of the booked stay.
A contract listing the booking data will be shared with the guest after the booking is confirmed for approval.
From the moment the guests start their stay, they assume the total responsibility of the apartment, each person entering the apartment as well as any act committed inside the apartment throughout the stay.
It is strictly forbidden to host other people than those already mentioned in the original reservation request unless authorized by the host .
Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment (however smoking is allowed in the terrace) .
Guests are not allowed to handle the thermostat , boiler , or electrical box in the apartment .
The operation of the central heating in winter is specified , according to permitted temperatures,in the house manual.
By submitting a reservation request, guests attest to having read and approved all the terms and rules of the accommodation and agree to comply with them, otherwise they will be subject to immediate cancellation of their reservation .
