Nestled in Lake Harmony with views of Big Boulder Lake from the wraparound deck, this delightful townhome is a brilliant retreat for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and bathtub, this beautiful property offers a comfortable stay. An additional loft space with a daybed and pull out trundle provides extra flexibility for guests. Come experience the amazing charm of this townhome - we look forward to welcoming you to our place.
The townhome is just a 2-minute drive to the lifts and a 3-minute walk to the Boulder Lake Club! Includes Boulder Lake Club Passes during the summer season. Access includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, picnic area, boat rentals, and more. Walking distance to Boulder View Tavern with great food, a great view, indoor/outdoor dining, and live entertainment!
To the right in the entryway, you will find the master suite with cozy king bed adjoining with a full bathroom.
Down the hall, you'll reach an airy, vaulted living area with a modern open-concept design. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, seamlessly flows into the dining space and cozy living room, where a wood-burning fireplace invites you to curl up and relax. Step outside to a generous outdoor deck, perfect for lounging in the sun, sharing meals, or stargazing with a blanket and a book.
Upstairs Loft + Guest Quarters
The upper level offers fun and comfort for all ages. A small loft area features a foosball table and a cozy reading nook. The loft is a bedroom with a daybed with twin size trundle along with TV, games, and books.
Also upstairs, the 2nd bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a queen bed, a double bunk bed, and a TV — plenty of space for everyone to settle in and feel at home.
Upstairs, enjoy a luxurious oversized bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub — ideal after a day of lake adventures or mountain hikes. A shower is included as well.
