This spacious two-story home features an outdoor porch on the second story as well as an open patio on the first level. The top level has two bedrooms and a sofa couch; the bottom level has an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is a pool table and bar area with an additional refrigerator on the first floor.

*WATER LEVEL
The water level of the lake is low due to construction and maintenance being performed on the dams around Lake Placid. There are stairs leading down to the river. You may float, kayak, paddleboard, fish and swim at your own risk. No public boat ramps are accessible at this time.
