In accordance with Florida state regulations, all guests staying at the property are required to provide a valid ID or passport prior to check-in.

The property is located on an open canal with no fence. All guests (including children) must be extremely careful near the water. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries, including if a person or pet falls into the water.

The backyard has a beautiful marble surface, which can be slippery when wet — please walk carefully and no running is allowed.
!! The owner or management company is not responsible for any injuries, and guests are informed of this in advance !!

The villa offers three elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:
- The primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom.
- The second bedroom offers a queen bed, stunning views of the canal and pool.
- The third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own private bathroom, perfect for children.

Every corner of this home is thoughtfully designed to blend modern comfort, natural light, and coastal elegance — creating the perfect setting for families or friends to relax and reconnect.

PET POLICY:
!! Only one dog up to 25 lbs is allowed with prior approval and a pet fee.
!! Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or any furniture.
!! Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool at any time.
!! Outdoor security cameras monitor the property’s exterior for safety. If a dog is seen swimming in the pool, a $500 fine will apply.
!! Pets must never be left alone in the house without supervision.
!! Guests must immediately clean up all pet waste (feces) and ensure that no droppings are left anywhere on the property, including the backyard and front area.
!! Guests are fully responsible for any damage, stains, odors, or extra cleaning caused by their pets.
