It is a great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday only a few minutes drive from the white fishing town of Conil and its sandy beaches.The villa is open and spacious by design. Villa Cruz del Sur comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one family bathroom, one shower room), a large tastefully decorated dining room and separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. There are 2 double bedrooms, one twin and one with a large sofabed (the forth bedroom is quite small). All bedrooms have inbuilt cupboards. The kitchen is well equipped (electric oven, dish washer, microwave). The living room is open and elegant furnished with comfy sofas arranged around the fire place and a dining area. There is a HD Flatscreen TV (English news channels) and internet (WIFI). This room has feature beams in the ceiling giving it a homely feel. On cooler days, the winter garden is an ideal place for breakfast. The 14 x 5 m swimming pool is perfect for you to enjoy a proper swim and is great fun for the children too. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and small bathroom WC. Villa Cruz del Sur comes fully equipped with garden furniture: a table and chairs to seat 8 people, sun loungers and parasols making the most of the outdoors and allowing you to experience the all important 'al fresco' dining. From the terrace on the 1st floor next to a little tower (housing the washing machine) you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the countryside from Conil to Cabo Roche. There is parking space for 2 cars.
VTAR/CA/01188 Villa Cruz del Sur is located in the Roche Viejo area just outside Conil. This is a particularly rural location with few detached private homes and holiday cottages scattered over an extensive area on the edge of a large pine forest. There is a good restaurant within walking distance. Several fantastic local beaches are only a short drive away. The charming historic centre of Conil is a 5 minute drive and this is where you will find several large supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars to choose from.
