In the tranquil landscape of the geographical centre of Costa del Sol, the impressive country estate Villa Rural De Oses is located in the charming village of Totalán and boasts gorgeous mountain views for an utmost relaxing holiday experience. The spacious holiday estate consists of a living/dining and leisure room, a rustic kitchen, 7 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms and 3 with sofa beds in different living rooms which are separated from other areas with textile partitions) as well as 3 bathrooms and 2 half-baths in the leisure room. It can therefore accommodate 14 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, heating, a stereo and 4 televisions. Outside, you'll find the spacious garden, whose lush vegetations imparts a Mediterranean atmosphere. Prepare delicious meals together on the barbecue and enjoy them on the terrace in the fresh air, where you have a spectacular view of the idyllic valley surrounding you. A fantastic variety of hiking trails as well as a river are nearby for all nature lovers. The village of Totalán, with its traditional white facades, tapas bars, restaurants, gardens and squares awaits your visit just a short walk from your front door. A shopping mall, with a big supermarket and a cinema is 10 minutes away. The nearest beach is Playa de Rincón de la Victoria, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Moreover, also here along the coast, you will find the nude beach of Almayate. Despite the villa’s tranquil location in the rolling landscape, you can additionally quickly reach many points of interest along Costa del Sol: the historic centre of Malaga, its beautiful port area, and its famous beaches like Playa la Malagueta are about 20 minutes driving away.

Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The house is exclusively for those who booked it - in the case that more people come to stay there, thee booking will be automatically cancelled and the money will not be refunded. In the events room, only the use of disposable dishes, glasses and cutlery is allowed: these, as well as food, coal, ice or drinks are not included in the price. The room is soundproofed, so guests are allowed to celebrate in the room. The room must be tide up after any event.
