The Hoża Str., despite its central location, has mostly retained its pre-war architecture, which gives it an intimate feel. There are numerous cultural, tourist and business attractions in the area. In the vicinity of the building you can find many cosy cafes, restaurants, which are fashionable venues for social and business meetings. The area also allows for active recreation, thanks to the proximity of Rydz-Smialy Park. The iconic landmark of Warsaw – the Palace of Culture and Science – is just a 15-minute walk away and the famous Zlote Tarasy business and shopping center is 20 minutes away.

The fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The 35 m² space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, which increases the sense of privacy and peace. The interior is comfortably furnished in a functional way, including a separated kitchenette space, large corner sofa bed, and two single beds in the bedroom.
