This apartment consists of a spacious living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two separate single beds, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet with sink. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed which is intended for up to 2 children.

Behind the house is a fantastic pool area with a 32 m² and 1.6 m deep swimming pool. Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar.
The apartment has a private parking space which is provided free of charge.

A footpath leads from the house to the town center and the nearest beach called Kastel. Although the house is in a quiet location, the town center with restaurants, cafes, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities are only a few minutes' walk away.

The property of the house is equipped with video surveillance and completely fenced. The opening of the entrance gate and the apartment doors is equipped with a modern card system.

For special occasions such as birthdays or the like, the breakfast room can be used for celebrations after consultation with the landlord.
