At the foot of the Zugspitze, the charming apartment "Alpenrose" welcomes you in the Upper Bavarian village of Grainau. The cozy 60m² apartment with views of the mountains Waxenstein and Zugspitze has central heating and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include glass fibre Wi-Fi and satellite television. A baby bed can be added on request free of charge.
The furnished southwest-facing balcony surrounds the entire house and boasts wonderful views of the mountains.
The Eibsee and the cogwheel railroad to the Zugspitze are only 4km away and can be reached by car in 6 minutes. Garmisch town center is a 12-minute drive (7km) from the accommodation. Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle are around 60km away and can be reached in about an hour by car. There are also several restaurants, a bakery and a wine store in the vicinity of the accommodation, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is 450m away.
A parking spot is available on the property. Pets not allowed. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The guest card includes the bus to the Eibsee and to Garmisch free of charge.
The water quality in the accommodation is excellent, because the water flows according to Johann Grander.
