In summer, life on Mallorca takes place outdoors. That is why the outdoor area of Villa SON MOJA is particularly beautiful. In the upstairs bedroom there is a cosy terrace with a sitting area. The terrace, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, is spacious and equipped with two seating areas. Here you can have breakfast, relax on the sun lounger or cool off in the whirlpool; even in winter, because the water is heated. And on warm summer evenings, the barbecue is fired up and everyone can grill what they have bought at the weekly market in Santanyí. The house has a cosy wood-burning stove and electric heating panels on the wall. Description of the surroundings
The Urbanización Son Moja belongs to the municipality of Santanyi in the southeast of Mallorca. It is a pure villa quarter. In the last two years some still undeveloped plots have been sold. The new landowners are now fulfilling their desire for a Mallorca house in the most beautiful spot on the island. Many buildings are nearing completion. Nevertheless, it can happen that craftsmen are still carrying out work. Therefore, don't let this stop you from exploring the romantic bays and beaches of Mallorca. You walk to Cala Santanyi. Cala Figuera, the romantic fishing village, is only 3 km away. There is great gastronomy here. The south-east of Mallorca is known for its unspoilt coves and beaches. Es Trenc beach is a favourite here. The Santanyi market on Wednesday and Saturday is one of the most famous markets in Spain.
