The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The 41,5 m² space of the apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has also access to a private balcony fitted with garden furniture, perfect for a morning cup of coffee with the view of the neighborhood. The chic blue-and-white décor of the interior, completed by wooden details and marine decorations, creates truly resort atmosphere. Comprehensive facilities with the essential kitchen and bathroom appliances (including a washing machine, a dishwasher, ironing facilities) guarantee a comfortable stay. Multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV and free access to a Wi-Fi network, provide evening entertainment. For the safety of our guests, the apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide and smoke detector. Guests travelling by car can park on a private parking spot in the underground garage. Jacuzzi available during the spring and summer season, when the weather is good and not cold.
