Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We maintain a strict pest control program, which is likely why the single cockroach found was dead, but we understand how unsettling that can be. We have already addressed the refrigerator, sliding door, and Wi-Fi connection, and we appreciate your comments regarding the temperature and furnishings, as we are actively using this feedback to make further improvements. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! I'm so glad you enjoyed the location and had a great stay overall. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime

Thank you, Michelle!

Thank you for your wonderful review, Brenda! I'm so glad you enjoyed the home, the sunsets, and the communication. I'd love to host you again!

Hi Hannah, I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay experience. I do want to clarify that no photos were provided for the Cheerios on the floor, the alleged mice droppings, or the claimed coffee spill. We also have regular pest control service at the property. Regarding the marks mentioned on the wall, those are not mold. When you contacted me after check-in, I tried to remedy the concerns you raised, but you decided to leave immediately and requested a full refund before I had the opportunity to address anything onsite. While we do not perform deep cleaning after every reservation, the property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between each stay, and we always strive to provide a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience. Thank you.
