Beste beliggenhet på PCH rett over gaten fra stranden / strandpromenaden! Veldig privat nyrenoverte leilighet med en nydelig balkong med havutsikt. Kort spasertur til ALT. Inngjerdet kompleks med sikker parkering. Bygningens basseng / BBQ-område med utsikt over PCH og havet. Condos balkong tilbyr havutsikt og utsikt over øya Catalina mens du nyter fantastiske solnedganger. Ta en 7 minutters spasertur til Main street og den verdensberømte Huntington Pier - bare 7 kvartaler unna! Ubegrensede restauranter og butikker i Main street. Huntington Beach har uendelige aktiviteter året rundt: surfing, strandaktiviteter, sykkelutleie, restauranter, kaffebarer, Farmers Market & Crafts på Main st. hver tirsdag og lørdag HB er kjent for sine amerikanske Open Surf Tournaments så vel som Volleyball Turneringer. Amazing Place

This condo is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here. It’s clean, comfortable and Janet was incredibly kind and helpful with check in and during my stay. I was there for about six weeks and didn’t want to leave. Walking distance to everything I needed or wanted!

Everything a great vacation needs

This location was close enough to walk to Main Street, really close to the beach, and had a nice pool and hot tub for just the complex. Very secure with the locking gates and did not have to worry about parking close with the available underground parking. It is a great spot for a couple to be in Huntington Beach and be very comfortable.

Comfortable Beachside Condo

Janet was very welcoming and accomodating throughout our entire stay. The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Close to the beach and PCH but still far enough away to be quiet.

Serene Beach Condo with a View to the Ocean

Serene, peaceful, and clean hideaway--with a view to the ocean. The condo has a super comfortable bed, a spacious feel, high-end glassware, and plentiful linens. You have everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay just minutes away from a hub of activity downtown including restaurants, bars, and the Huntington Beach Pier.. The owner is quick to respond to any problems and does her utmost to be of assistance so you can get back to relaxing by the beach, which is right across the street! The condo a perfect little hideaway with absolutely no noise from traffic or the neighbors. You will love it.

The Perfect Vacation and rental!!

The property was perfect, perfect location very clean , spacious!! Had everything you could want. Nice views comfortable. The owner is very nice and was always available to answer texts and answers any questions! Had such a great experience at this beautiful condo, don’t want to leave!!

Fantastic Location

Stayed the month of February. Location was great, beach is just across the street. Good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Local grocery store for basics is 4 blocks away. Owner was responsive to text messages. Furniture was sub standard and owner explained it was due to previous renter, however the furniture was old and worn out in my opinion...definitely needs to all be replaced. Had a delay in getting deposit back that got resolved after 2 weeks.

Perfect location!

Close enough to Main St and all the action yet far enough away to remain serene. The building is on PCH but the unit is located on the side street, far enough from PCH that you don’t get any traffic noise. The unit is clean, well-cared for and has everything you could need. Viewing the sunsets from the balcony was an ever changing experience and you can see the surf break from the balcony and sitting on the living room couch too! The pool is heated and the hot tub is “HOT”, perfect for watching the sun set. I managed without a car. There’s a city bus out front that runs up and down PCH from Seal Beach to Dana Point for lots of exploring plus there’s always something going on in Huntington Beach so you’ll never get bored. Janet, the owner, was super easy to deal with so when I return to Huntington this unit will definitely be on my list.

What a grand stay at the Condo at Huntington Beach!!!

The Condo was so well suited for our vacation. It was such a spacious size & well furnished with everything to make our stay comfortable. The view of the ocean was just what we loved, from our balcony & from our walks to the beach. When not at the beach we enjoyed the pool & the spa. There are many great eating places quite close by & also great shopping! With the underground parking & the elevators we felt very safe & protected. I would readily recommend this vacation to everyone.

The Perfect Place

We just returned home from spending a month at this property and it was perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better; right on the PCH, within walking distance to town and our daughter’s home. Nearly every day we were on the bike path, running, walking or biking. This was our first time using VRBO, so we were a little nervous, but the pictures depicted the condo well and the reviews were accurate. It was well stocked and even had a couple of beach chairs, which we used! It’s a quiet complex and since the condo is a corner unit and on the third floor, we really didn’t hear anyone. Janet, was very responsive and great to work with. If we plan another trip to HB for 30 days or more, we would definitely stay here again!

Great long term rental

I stayed for 3 months and this place was great! Loved being walking distance to restaurants and bars and just steps from the beach! The owner was very helpful and cooperative. Maintenance is unfortunately unresponsive but overall it’s a great place to stay!

Nice property

Nice property - tastefully and simply decorated. Was located very close to where I had to work and was a great location for me. Owner was responsive to questions I had. One thing to be mindful of, the unit does not have AC and was experiencing a heatwave at the time :) Other than that - great experience and great stay !

Great accommodation in the perfect location!

My partner and I stayed in this property for 2 months over the Christmas period and it was amazing! The condo is situated inside a safe and secure complex and is very well furnished with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The highlight of the accommodation is its location - it could not be better! It's in a very friendly and peaceful area right on the beach front. Main Street is only a few minutes walk away with some great shops and restaurants. The owners were outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and helped us throughout our entire stay. A massive thank you to them. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to California whenever that may be!

Don't miss this place!!!

I stayed in this condo for the month of July. It was truly amazing!! Got both the parade/fireworks and the US Open!! You can't pass this place up. The condo is very well stocked from the kitchen to the linens. The balcony was such a breath of fresh air (literally) to be able to walk out and see the ocean both in the mornings and evenings; no need for a surf report! We were able to swim in the pool (which rarely had people in it even in the middle of the summer) and relax in the hot tub. After a long day at the beach, this was exactly what we needed. The barbecue by the pool was great to utilize too. The location of this condo is perfect. Sitting far enough from Main Street that you don't get the annoyance of inebriated partiers walking home but close enough that you can be down there for the Tuesday Night Market/Fair within 5 minutes. We also enjoyed the outdoor market north of the pier on Friday afternoons for fresh fruit/veggies. The availability of the secured parking space in the gated underground parking was also key. I watched all available street parking fill up quickly on those weekend mornings. The owners were also great. Anything you had concerns or questions about, they were just a text away and would get back to you within an hour. If you want a great vacation, sand at your toes, pool downstairs, this is the place for you!!

Satisfaction! Location! Quiet!

We stayed here for 2 month. The condo was just as nice and clean as it was described in the photos. Good location,close to the pier, down town and the action. Limited ocean view but breath taking sun set every evening. We met the landlord once and she was very kind and made sure we had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay. We asked for things that were not included in the contrat and she gave us everything we asked for.

Great place, as described

I stayed here for 3 months. The condo was just as described with images matching. It was well appointed and stocked with items you'd need to feel right at home. I lived in the area before so I was very familiar with the surroundings and neighborhood. It is a really GREAT location. It is close enough to downtown HB and the pier (shops, restaurants and bars) for a short 10 min walk and far enough away to be quiet (downtown can get quite loud). Its right accross PCH street from the beach (a quick 30 second walk to get to the ocean). The location of the unit within the condo complex could NOT be better. While it has limited ocean view it is very private and the bedroom shares no common walls with any other unit so it is REALLY quite. I have stayed at the Hilton and Hyatt downtown (both great hotels) and would rather stay at this condo as it has much more to offer. You can drive over to the Hyatt and use their spa and get a massage each day with the money you save :) I never met the owners, but the communication with them by phone, text and email was was professional and attentive.

It couldn't have been better.

I stayed for the majority of the month of May. It was a last minute booking and the owner/contact was wonderfully accommodating in making my stay a reality. I was in Southern California for an unexpected and extended stay, spending time with my ailing and elderly parents. When the one week "visit" turned into five weeks of daily caretaking, I knew I needed a space of my own. Fortune smiled on me and I was able to book this fantastic one-bedroom condo truly just steps to the beach, close to shopping (Trader Joe's is just a few miles away), and restaurants galore. Spending my down time walking on the beach in the early mornings and in the evenings was just what I needed to regroup and re-energize daily. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony was an added treat. Whether entertaining a childhood friend over dinner at the condo or walking to Huntington Beach's lively Main Street for a drink and sports viewing...yes, I had to watch the King's work their way to ANOTHER Stanley Cup victory...the condo is perfectly situated. Quiet and low-key...but with robust nightlife mere minutes away on foot. The secure parking and gated complex was especially helpful in helping me feel safe. A woman alone has to be careful - and the security of the gated community was very much appreciated. Additionally, the on-site laundry made the mundane bearable. Even though the reason for my stay was less than ideal, I had a fantastic time. Having a restorative retreat was the key. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
