Denne leiligheten med 2 soverom og 2 bad tilbyr fantastisk utsikt over havet. Døren til denne leiligheten åpner seg inn i stue / spisestue. Det er et komplett kjøkken med alt du trenger. Det første soverommet har en queen size-seng og det andre soverommet en konge, begge soverommene har eget bad. Det er også en sovesofa i queen size-seng i stuen. Soloppgangen er fantastisk, og havbrisen er perfekt fra dekket til denne leiligheten. Enheten er ikke dyrevennlig og røyking er kun tillatt ute. Det er felles grillutstyr på eiendommen og piknikbord i nærheten. Barna vil også elske lekeplassen og bassenget. Beachhead-hytter ligger i de gylne sanddynene på Mustang Island, og har fantastisk utsikt over bukten. Komplekset inkluderer et svømmebasseng, salongfasiliteter for opptil 60 personer med et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, flott for fester, bryllup, familiegjenforeninger, en lekeplass og en privat strandpromenade til stranden bare noen skritt fra noen av enhetene. Reviewer Comments: The sinks were clogged, the shower barely had any pressure, the fold out couch was not good at all.. kids couldn’t even sleep on it, the parking was not good and anytime we pulled up to unload or load a vehicle we got in trouble... other than that the location was good.. and the amenities were nice.

Wonderful boardwalk makes going to the beach a breeze, perfect pool and game room. Great location, very walkable which we love. This was a perfect weekend getaway!

Good beach access, comfortable

No real problems, I was happy with the communication. The place was a bit small, but perfectly comfortable for few days. I would have liked better water pressure in the shower and this place should really supply mosquito spray (CVS was out!) because we got seriously attacked by mosquitoes on the short walk to the beach. But I would stay here again.

The glass table has been updated to a larger rustic dining table which I appreciated when traveling with kids. The two chairs have been upgraded to add a love seat and one chair which allowed for more seating room for everyone. WI-FI should be added immediately. No WI-FI, no access to use streaming services is a shock in 2024, especially when a 2 yr old cries at every commercial..

Upon arrival, the coffee maker was dirty and counter tops needed to be wiped down. Otherwise, it was great. It would be even better if the beds were updated with new mattresses or had bed toppers. The bathrooms are tiny, but really cute! The pool and Amenity Center is awesome! I definitely recommend checking it out before the last day( our mistake). It was a short walk to the beach, which was our primary focus for this trip. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we plan on returning. Thank you Port A Escapes!

Warmest Winter Stay Yet for Winter Texans

Reviewer Comments: SandyFeet is a pleasant and comfirtably furnished condo unit at BeachHead Resort. Both bedrooms have king beds. The dishwasher didn't work, but as soon as management company was called, a new model was promptly delivered. A new set of cooking pans were also delivered for the unit! We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the warm sun and relaxing. We just wish there had been a bit more of the gulf to see, but flocks of marsh birds were fun to watch.

Sandy Feet 501BH provided the perfect escape for us. The property was clean & well maintained, the location in proximity to the ocean is great & has an awesome boardwalk for access and the condo is in one of our favorite communities which is quiet & serene, just how we like it. My favorite things about this condo were the deep & comfortable bathtub in the Master bathroom & the balcony where we sat at night to enjoy the sounds of the ocean!My only suggestion would be that the frying pans need replaced & the noisy bathroom fan could use some maintenance but overall, this property is worth checking out. Be sure to grab some food from Fins Grill & Icehouse while you're there. The food was delicious!

I would’ve needed binoculars to see the sliver of ocean. The door leading out to the tiny patio had no handle. I had to pull on the key to open the door and the patio furniture was dirty and a bit ragged. Tons of stairs. The stairs leading up to the pool were steep. I couldn’t take my special needs daughter to the pool. Appliances were outdated. Condo was much smaller than photos presented. Overall disappointing experience for the money.

Everyone around us was able to use their balcony and there didn't seem to be anything wrong with ours at all. Was very disappointed that we couldn't enjoy it. If we had know we couldn't use it we would have probably booked elsewhere.

Clean condo inside. The property needs some work.

Had a nice stay. Condo was clean inside. Balcony was closed due to “maintenance”but we didn’t see any maintenance work happening. Internet was horrible…kids iPads wouldn’t work. Property needs work. The parking spots were completely muddy after just one quick rain…they never dried up (we were there 4 days). Had to back out just to load and unload every time we left. The whole property seems to be in a low area, as many of the picnic tables and BBQ grills were in marshy areas full of high grass and standing water. The playground was very run down and not what was pictured (unless there was a 2nd playground that we never saw). Pool area was very nice, as was the game room area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was great! Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds, ceiling fans, cold AC, great water pressure. A few things to consider if you are looking to rent this property - the balcony is under construction and not available for use at the moment, there is actually no view of the ocean from this unit, if it has rained recently - bring rain boots and prepare to wade through lots of mud and standing water. We could not park in the designated parking spot because it was flooded.

Good for the price

Not a complainer but the floors are so bizarre. They are laminate and something is wrong with the subfloor because walking barefoot on these floors you feel a spongy sensation and feel the laminate separating under your feet. Also you can’t use the fan in the back room because it makes a horribly loud vibration humming sound… just awful! I would get both these things fixed… hard to ignore.

Not what I expected..

Reviewer Comments: It was ok I don't think it was worth what we paid for considering we had no wifi connection, the one they gave us did not show up... we also could not use our balcony which was a bummer, it has a sign on it saying they were doing repairs or something.. that's definitely something that should have been stated befor we payed for it... They also were doing construction in the room next to us early in the morning...the only good part is that we were walking distance from the beach... I will definitely be looking for something different next year..
