Velkommen til vår totalrenovert leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet. Det er bare en rask spasertur over strandpromenaden rett bak oss til stranden, pluss bare et par kvartaler til hjertet av Port Aransas og alle de søte stranden butikker, restauranter, matbutikk, etc. Kick tilbake og nyte det beste av begge verdener.
Vår leilighet har ett soverom med en King bed, en stor walk-in closet, massevis av bygget ins og hyller for lagring, og en i-enhet vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Twin bortkjøring og sofa gir ekstra soveplass. Det er to store flatskjerm-TV med DVD-spillere, en på soverommet og en i stua. Det er også en privat uteplass å nyte bukta bris. Fransk stil kjøleskap med fryser og ismaskin på bunnen. Den felles svømmebasseng i en praktisk beliggenhet bare noen få skritt unna. Sunrise Villas

The security light keeps the room lit up and makes it nearly impossible to sleep. We would book this again next year if curtains are installed.

Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend the sunrise villas for following reasons:-there is no curtain on main bedroom window and the light outside SHINES directly into room super bright -the outdoor little area was FULL of ants, we couldn’t even sit down outside -there was a cockroach in what used to be the laundry room- microwave didn’t work and nobody showed up to fix it when we called - one of the condo has a baby monitor camera on their patio facing the pool which was so creeeepy!!!!

Comfortable Condo

Nice condo that worked for us. Bed is comfortable. Updated appliances, pleanty of room. Liked the large kitchen Island. AC will freeze you out if you set it too low at night. TV in living and bedroom. All in all we would stay here again while in Port A.

Great Beach Vacation

The rental was in great shape and in a perfect location facing the pool, a short 5 minute walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from downtown Port A. Would definitely recommend for a couples trip.

Sandfest Sunrise Villa 109

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m usually a winter Texan so I have stayed in many different places in Port A. I was underwhelmed by this unit. Property description included a dishwasher, but there was not a dishwasher. Kitchen not very well equipped, found coffee maker under the sink and dirty. It was very damp and humid so I dragged out the de-humidifier from the closet and had it running the whole time. Shades in bedroom not room darkening and outside soffit lights shining inside made it difficult to sleep. Had to clean the patio furniture myself with paper towels. No complaints about Sunrise Villas, just not happy with this unit.

Lovely getaway

Cute little condo in a pleasant area. We enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to the beach. Kids slept comfortably on the pull out couch and the bed was very confortavle. We would stay here again.

Nice beach vacation place

This place has great access to the beach and to the main area of Port A. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept up with the hottest part of the day. Check in and check out are super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property checked all the boxes! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The pool was nice and parking was easy to navigate. My only point of dissatisfaction was the overwhelming smell of mothballs (I guess that is what is was). I understand the reason for mothballs, but it was quite pungent. Other than that, the place was spot-on with comfort, the air conditioner kept up with the July heat. We would stay there again for sure.

Return Stay in Sunrise Villa

The location was excellent--very easy to reach the beach. Two maintenance issues this time, 1)Bedroom AC makes an incredible amount of noise at times--so much so that I had to go into the living room to sleep and close the door to the bedroom--it seems like the ac may be going out, and 2)the bed made a very loud creaking noise--almost like something was broken unde rthe mattress.
