Nydelig og romslig Gulf Front Condo med spektakulær utsikt over Gulf fra to private balkonger bare noen skritt fra stranden! Nylig renovert inne og ute. I Starboard Village - Unit 224.

*** Sommer / vårutleie er lørdag til lørdag 3/16/20 til 9/10/20. Kontakt oss for mulige unntak avhengig av tilgjengelighet. 4. juli utleie blir lørdag 6/27 til søndag 7/5. Blue Angels-uka avsluttes søndag 7/12, så leieperioden er søndag 7/5 til søndag 7/12. ***

Hovednivå har et stort, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, spisestue, stue, halvt bad og en stor balkong med utsikt over Gulf. Balkong holder seg i skyggen på dagtid.

Andre nivå har to soverom med store bad. Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng og en balkong - hør og se bølgene fra sengen! Master har også stort walk-in-closet. Andre soverommet har en dronning og enkeltseng. Det er også et vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel ovenpå.

Det er en ekstremt komfortabel uttrekkbar sofa med dronningminne-skumadrass i stuen. Enheten sover 6. Enheten har også en to-bil garasje.

Leilighet ligger i Starboard Village, et mindre kompleks rett på stranden. Leilighet ligger i de to øverste etasjene i bygningen, 3. og 4. etasje. Det er et svømmebasseng med solterrasse. Vi har fire strandstoler, en paraply, sykler, basseng og strandleker tilgjengelig for våre gjester. Vi har en gassgrill og tandem-kajakk for våre gjester på denne leiligheten og leiligheten vår to dører ned for bruk. Vi prøver å ha alt familien vår trenger og ditt. Gi oss beskjed hvis du har yngre barn og trenger ekstra utstyr - vi har det :)

This is an awesome place to stay! The condo is very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed, The location is quiet, yet convenient. Loved being able to park inside the garage too! Our host, Jill, is a very good communicator, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok! She also had available a book of very helpful information about the condo and local attractions and restaurants. Excellent host!

We loved our stay at this Starboard Village Condo! It was spacious and comfortable for four adults and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extras, we had our own BBQ, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for use. The two decks overlooking the beach were our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand!Jill, the owner, was so attentive and always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

It was a well-equipped and very clean unit with an upper and lower level. It had everything that was listed from beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bikes to a Kitchen with all of the cooking needs. The views of the gulf from the living area (lower level) and master bedroom (upper level) were breathtaking and the unit was steps from the beach. It even came with a garage which was an added bonus. No hot car to get into when leaving. The Host was very easy to work with and the communication was the best. Hope to return again!

Wonderful! Condo fully equipped with kitchen appliances, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and all the beach toys and chairs you could need. All in good condition. Condo was clean and location is ideal. Having your own parking garage is great bc you don’t have to carry all of your beach stuff to the condo and track sand in. Weather showed alot of rain however turned out to be beautiful everyday. Thank you Jill and Brad.

The visit was amazing. This is first time using VRBO and was surprisingly easy. The condo was great. Certainly unexpected was the condo was 2 story. Bedrooms were upstairs and kitchen, livingroom were downstairs. We LOVED it. Those who wanted to sleep could retreat to a quieter space. Very clean, orderly and many of supplies were onsite. Incredible!

First off, the hosts are wonderful. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating. One of the beach umbrellas was destroyed by wind during a beach day, and Jill sent new ones over the next morning. The location was superb. Right on the gulf with beautiful views, or a short drive to the sound. Peg Leg Pete’s is super close which was a huge draw for us, and right up the road from Fort Pickens (we visited multiple times during our stay). Every amenity was supplied, from beach chairs and sand toys, to coffee and creamer. I could go on and on!!

Repeat visit

We made a return visit this year having had nothing but the BEST of a week long stay last year. Nothing beats being directly on the beach and your own garage when in Florida !! We have only a five star report for each stay and I’m certain that won’t change going forward given the obvious attention this condo receives by the owners. You can’t do better in my opinion.

Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and 14 year old son. Excellence plus!

The vista from the balconies is enough to warrant an excellent rating. The “plus” is in the “extras” that made the condo so enjoyable. Clean, spacious, two large sofas to stretch out on, coffee, many kitchen appliances and additional toiletries that you usually have to replace quickly. The stairs could give pause if climbing is an issue, but well worth the exercise even if stairs might be a consideration.(Two flights to the unit, one flight to the bedrooms.) Fabulous location-updated and welcoming!

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell (14), and Riley (12). We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! Our weeks are busy with work and running kids to different activities. On the weekends we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound! We want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

Hvorfor verten valgte dette overnattingsstedet

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit! Our Unit had recently been completely renovated with new flooring, granite counters, stone and tile bathrooms, and so much more!

Hva gjør dette overnattingsstedet unikt?

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
