Return to Yachats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time to Bella Vista, and my husband's first time. We really like it. We have two suggestions: the toilet seat in the smaller bathroom needs to be replaced. It is heavy and crashes down, spoiling the bathroom experience. And the kitchen entrance is very handy but a hand rail would be very helpful.

We loved cooking in the huge kitchen overlooking the ocean and dining while watching hummingbirds in the rock garden. This is a unique, custom built, home. There are signed art works on all the walls and artifacts gathered from the owner's travels. There are rustic elements like the well-worn hardwood floors and slate tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. While the decor is probably 15-20 years old, everything is in good shape, clean and cozy. We also enjoyed the small town of Yachats, especially going to the Luna Sea 'fish monger' to buy the day's catch to make dinner every night. I wish I could have stayed longer! (Out of the 5 properties we stayed at on our road trip, this was my favorite.)

The house and location were awesome. Close to town and the view is incredible. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill for dinner one night. The only issue was that both mattresses were on the softer side and the bedding overall could use a refresh. Other than that the place was great!

Wonderful Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay, and we were completely happy with the property. We had a great time in Yachats! Two minor things that did not influence our stay, but you probably want to be aware of if you are not already. The drain in the main shower is partially clogged and water backs up during the shower. Probably just needs some liquid drain cleaner. The second thing was we noticed that the clothes dryer shut off after a short period without things being completely dry. Your house cleaners might have noticed the same thing. Again, these are totally minor and not a compliant at all. We love the place and hope to stay there again in the future.

Awesome quiet location with a beautiful view. Patio furniture would be an awesome addition as well as better indoor seating but hey.. look at that view! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. We would love to return here over and over again :)

Perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great for heading north or south on the coast for day trips. House was very peaceful for relaxing on deck listening to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. So many flowers on grounds brings about a half dozen or more hummingbirds. Such a treat to watch. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. The house was very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Most definitely would rent again.

Stay Here.

The Interior of the house is comfortable, clean, and functional. But the outside..... the view from the picture windows and balcony....... It elevated our vacation from a lovely stay to a luxury high end experience. Unforgettable.

Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your home was very clean and loved the layout of the home. The only thing wrong were the beds. You need new ones. Also I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and not once were we asked to strip the beds and do the laundry especially after paying a 290.00 or whatever it was fee!!!!!!

Bella Vista Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home to stay in and Peter is always wonderful! Pilot light on stove would not light and Peter sent someone immediately over to the house to fix it! Really enjoyed our stay! I only give a three for quality of furniture because the reclining sofa no longer reclines on either left or right side. Last couple years one side still worked but neither side worked this time.

Great Little Place

I stayed here for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday with our kids and his parents. I'd previously stayed here over 5 years ago with our infant daughter during 4th of July. This is such a great little house. It's very clean and well-appointed with anything you might need. My only complaints would be the dim lights over the sink/vanity in the master bathroom (you'll want to bring a lighted mirror) and that the house isn't exactly safe for kids with all of the outlets and wires running to and fro, so make sure to never take your eyes off of your littles! Otherwise, we enjoyed the views, the closeness to shops in Yachats, and that the house is in a safe zone from a tsunami in the event of the "big one." I hope to make this our regular house rental on the coast.

Tranquil and Lovely View Home in Yachats

Peaceful, comfortable, spacious. Great homebase for visiting coastal sights. A greater selection of channels on DISH would be great!
