Key West Get-Away!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was as advertised. Great location and easily walkable to everything. One block off Duval, but enough to get away from the noise. Having a private pool on those hot days was a real plus. The only negative was that the AC was not keeping up with the heat. The thermostat showed a consistent 76-77, which was warm for sleeping. We could not get the thermostat to lower the temp. Called the management company & they said they would respond to check it out, but we never saw anyone & nothing was fixed. Other than that, we had a great time!

Wonderful Location and Great Place for 6 couples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location couldn't be beat! It is one street off of Duval, so we had the best of both worlds: Easy walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops and the quiet atmosphere at the location of the place. The outdoor area was wonderful: a shared pool that was just the right size for the 4 rentals, a table in the shade, and a comfy seating area next to the pool. The 3 bedroom/bath rental was the perfect size for 3 couples and had enough space for us to congregate in the living/dining area. The only thing that I would mention is that not enough toilet paper was left by the cleaning crew for the 6 of us for our 4 night stay and when I requested more, I was told that they only start you out with a few and that we would have to purchase our own. Luckily, there is a grocery store within steps of the place. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Communication was also great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here 5 times over the years and we will be back again. Far enough from the hustle and bustle, close enough to stumble home. The pool and patio is great to relax during the day. And the driveway is so nice to have for a rental car.
