Would not recommend
This is the first time we've rented from VRBO where we had to go to an agent to actually check in. Condo was not ready at 4:00 had to wait until 5:30 to actually be able to get the keys. The rental agency desk employees obviously did not want to be working that day, they were rude and short with most all the guests in line. Got to the condo and it was not cleaned well at all, there was sand in the tub and the shower, the dishes were put away dirty. We had to clean and do dishes before we could even bring our luggage in. Not a great way to start our vacation. We had 8 people in the room and I asked about towels prior to our trip and was told there would be one towel per guest, there were only 5. Called the rental company and was told that if we wanted more towels to go buy them. The owner finally worked that out and the rental agency agreed to supply more towels on Wednesday, we checked in out Saturday. There were also only 4 forks in the silverware drawer (for 8 people) we were NEVER supplied with more forks after asking several times for them. Both beds in the one bedroom are broken and need to be replaced. The pull out sofa was also broken and was unusable. We had to go to Walmart and buy and air mattress. The cleaning company does a TERRIBLE job cleaning and my cleaning fee should be refunded to me for what we had to do before we could unpack. Under the beds hasn't been swept in months, we found a condom wrapper under one bed along with hair and dust, just gross. The floor around the table was sticky where something had spilled and it hadn't been mopped. When trying to get parking passes we were told we had to pay $20 per vehicle for the parking and the pool pass, that wasn't stated in our rental agreement so that was an additional expense that you should be prepared for. We were also given a hard time by property management because we had 8 people in the condo and apparently the maximum occupancy allowed is only 6. The condo is in a great location and the property itself is very nice. Very short walk to the beach and right in between both pools which had plenty of chairs and was kept really clean. The little bar and grill on the property has good food and good service, highly recommend. Overall my family had a great time on our vacation, but I would not recommend this particular condo, it needs too much work for the price.
