The open concept living room with vaulted ceilings & comfy leather seating for 6 is the perfect gathering place to unwind. Gather in front of the fireplace, watch a movie on the big screen, play a game of chess or checkers at the game table, or hang out at the 4 bar stools while the cooks are busy in the kitchen.
When dinner is hot, the modern wooden dining table w/ seating for 6 is steps away.
The master bedroom on the ground floor has a warm California king bed, cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower & single sink.
Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor with 2 queen beds and cable TV. The open loft on the third floor overlooks the living room and has a queen size bed. BD 2 & the loft share bathroom 2 on the ground floor, which has a step-in shower and hallway vanity with a single sink.
The grounds of Lakeland village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. Must-have amenities include private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub and sauna, fitness center, and a children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company & does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home.
There is nearby boat, SUP and kayak rental within walking distance to Lakeland Village in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter.
Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.
