The kitchen opens onto an open plan dining area which leads into a spacious lounge room. Sit back and watch a movie on the Smart TV (did we mention free Wifi?), seated on the modular sofa or high back studded armchair in a room perfect for unwinding.

The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and King size bed for a comfortable night's rest on crisp white linen sheets.There is also a separate study nook if you need to use your computer during your time away.

The updated bathroom features more beautiful natural light, marbled tiles, a separate shower and deep soaking tub for some well-deserved R&R. There is ample under sink storage for the skincare lover.

Enjoy the quaint communal outdoor courtyard, where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine or dine alfresco on occasion in warmer weather.

Nestled in the leafy and quiet suburb of Woollahra in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney this home is brilliantly located, it is walking distance to Queen Street Village (11 mins.), where you'll find cafes, eateries and boutique shopping. The home location is just a 10 min walk to Coopers Park for those keen for a morning run or casual park stroll. It's also close in proximity to Double Bay shops and cafes (13 min. walk) or the Westfield shopping mall and train/bus station at Bondi Junction (17 min walk). It is also only a 13 min walk to public transport hub at Edgecliff and bus station or a 20 min. walk to the Ferry Wharf at Double Bay and a bustrip away from the well-known and much-loved Eastern Suburb beaches.
