The balcony of this unit will be CLOSED October 28, 2023 through approximately December 31, 2023 for the work to be completed. While the property can still be rented during this time, please know that you will will not be able to access the balcony during this time.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted. Please note: guests will be permitted 2 parking passes - there will be no exception to this due to HOA rules. Parking is located in the parking garage across the street from the condo building.
