Perfectly located in Heart of Darwin Central CBD location; we are right between popular cafes, restaurants and shops. This apartment comes with a free secured garage car parking space. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation.

We focus our designs to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travelers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. If there is anything you need to make your holiday special, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We provide a wide range of amenities to suit our guests requirements.

Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out is 10am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

We are experienced locals and would be happy to make recommendations on places to go and things to see in the Darwin and greater regions of NT. We primarily prefer to keep contact on the (booking platforms) messaging system. But, if you are using any messaging app, when you book with us we prefer to use WhatsApp as our primary point of communication to make contact easier and smoother. Alternatively, text message or by email are great ways to stay in touch. Again, it is important you provide us with details about when you expect to arrive and enter your holiday home. We are available anytime.

Our home is located in Darwin City, Northern Territory, Australia. Right next door to the Australian Post and the (up and coming) popular Austin Lane where rooftop bars, exotic restaurants and cultural festivals are held. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for relaxing with family-fun holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for Corporate conference accommodation.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick-up and drop-off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.
