Well-zoned to provide privacy to sleeping quarters upstairs, all the living is on the ground floor. Two more spacious bedrooms upstairs both have ocean glimpses & built-in robes. One room offers a Queen bed, while the other consists of 2 extra-long Single beds- which can also be converted into a King by request at time of booking. The central bathroom has a large in-situ shower, stone vanity and toilet, while a convenient powder room is also available on the ground floor.

This is an ideal 3-bedroom townhouse for relaxed coastal living & ultimate convenience, defined by a neutral colour palette, stylish furnishings and coastal décor. Climate control is ideal for all seasons, with double-glazed windows and split system heating & cooling in all rooms. A single lock up garage with auto garage door combines handy laundry facilities.

Access via a shared driveway through a locked gate - passcode will be provided. The property is the 1st Townhouse as you enter the white gates. The property is keyless entry with a passcode provided to allow access to the property. Garage is provided for 1 small vehicle. There is free off street parking located in the next street over if required

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
- Located approximately 750 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach
- 1 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores
- A 5 -10 minute stroll to the surf shops.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Treat yourself to a bought coffee in the lovely organic café in the same square as Coles, just a couple of minutes walk away.

If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance all within a few minutes walk. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. Gilbert Street and its surrounds is a great little area to explore as well as Bell St.

There are numerous little boutiques, and anything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

If you go to the western end of Boston Rd you will find Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes & supermarket within steps of the front door. On-street parking is available, plus a single lock up garage & a second car park undercover.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.

Great Location and Luxurious
Great place with luxurious bedding, neta little courtyard with outodoor furniture, games for kids, TV upstairs and downstairs, good cooling throughout. Highly recommend!

TORQUAY Ocean Edge Holiday Rental
We were very happy with our stay at the Torquay Ocean Edge Holiday Rental. Beautifully presented and extremely clean. Great location, walking distance to beach and fantastic restaurants!!! Communication with owners was prompt and easy. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

All as advertised!
Clean and modern property. Walking distance to the beach and to a small shopping district (plenty of cafes etc, and a couple of supermakets even closer). The garage is a bit tricky to get in and out of, just a funny angle. But otherwise very comfortable and suited us very well.
