Spend a week where the sun always shines at our Chatham family home that sleeps 6, and enjoy the best B’s of Summer on the Cape: Boats, Bikes, Beaches, and Brunches! Bring your Kayaks/SUP Boards (or book a weekly rental from Chatham Kayak Company) to enjoy life on the water at Emery Pond (less than a minute walk on a deeded path across the street), or White Pond (less than a 5-minute walk along the bike path). Pack your bikes (or rent from Wheelhouse Bike Co.) to journey on the Old Colony Rail Trail and explore the Cape from East to West. Lay low and catch some rays at nearby Cockle Cove, Ridgevale, or Oyster Pond Beaches. Eat brunch until your heart's content at Hangar-B (serving up crave-worthy sweet & savory breakfast delights from Chatham Airport), Capeside Kitchen (making breakfast comforts like your Momma makes it), or The Cornerstore (rolling up one-of-a-kind breakfast burritos). Rise and shine each day to make a scrumptious breakfast in the powder blue kitchen-- fry up a couple of sunny-side-up eggs as you brew a fresh pot of coffee (try some local beans from Three Fins Coffee Roasters or Cape Cod Coffee) and toast some bread. Load up the dishwasher and take your meal outside to enjoy on the deck under the morning sun. After breakfast, kick back and check your email from an Adirondack chair or play a round of corn hole on the lawn. On rainy days, take advantage of the ground level, and work-from-home in the office (complete with a desk, printer, and paper) as the kid's lounge or play foosball and ping pong in the game room. Stock up on provisions for the week from the Chatham Village Market and roll up a few seafood salad wraps to eat with some Cape Cod Potato Chips in the dining room. Digest on the sofa in the adjacent living room as you check the weather for the evening on the TV (on chilly afternoons be sure to cozy up next to the gas fireplace!) Book a dinner reservation at one of our local favorites like the Impudent Oyster (American Seafood & Crafted Cocktails), Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster (beyond fresh broiled or fried seafood), or Del Mar Bar & Bistro (Prix-Fixe Menu Options & Wine Pairings).
After dinner, return home and settle into one of the three bedrooms. The Master bedroom sits at the far corner of the house and features a King bed, modern finishes, and dresser, and a closet for storage. A few steps down is the second bedroom, furnished with a Queen bed, dresser, and closet. Between these rooms is a Full Bathroom, with a combo tub/shower. The final bedroom is off of the kitchen and has bunked Twin beds, a TV, a reading chair, and a dresser. Each room also has a window A/C to keep the whole family feeling cool, even on the hottest nights of summer!

A second full bathroom with an enclosed shower and a washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor. Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, streaming, gas grill, hammock, fire pit, outdoor shower, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. Last but not least, if you’re looking for more things to do around town, you can visit the Chatham Marconi Maritime Center, catch a Chatham Anglers baseball game at a Veteran’s Field, or shop the small businesses along Main Street. Our home is sure to be the perfect place to create lifelong memories with the family!
