Things are warming up. It's the perfect time plan a family get away. Only a moments drive from the beaches, cafes and supermarkets and gorgeous views of the bay from the balcony, come and relax and shake of the winter colds and sickness and breath in a some fresh sea air.

Book here for summer school holidays. Perfect for families.
There is a split system AC for cooling in the upstairs living/dining/Kitchen area.
Each of the bedrooms have fans.
Guest must be over 25 years of age (or a family group with children).

This space is perfect for 1 to 2 families or groups of friends to share with 2 kitchens and sleeping areas.

Blairgowrie beach and jetty are only a 15 minute walk from the house.

Bus route 788 runs from Frankston to Portsea with multiple stops along the way. You can catch the bus from the nearby stop located one street away from the house.

Bus route 788 runs from Frankston to Portsea with multiple stops along the way. You can catch the bus from the nearby stop located one street away from the house.

Security Deposit - A $500 security deposit is required 24 hours prior to your stay and will be returned after check out providing there is no damage to the property.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict NO PARTIES policy and are not suitable for schoolies.

The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.

INFANTS:
For families traveling with infants, please note that you will need to supply linen. Due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries, it is much better for you to use fabrics that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions.

This property is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay.
The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.

- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- We will ask for photo ID and a selfie of the person making the booking, primarily to confirm they are over 25 years of age and match the details of the person making the booking. For 3rd party bookings we will need the photo ID of the primary guest staying at the property.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- No pets allowed on the property. Additional charges may apply to those who ignore this rule.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
- Smoking inside AND OUTSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property.
- Excessive use of utilities such as water, electricity, and WIFI may result in additional charges.
- Where a porta cot is provided, this is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use.
- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.
- No illegal activity or running a business from the premises.
