The Space:
Our newly-renovated two bedroom apartment in the elite suburb of Queenstown Hill is the ultimate stay for two couples, friends or a small family with two modern queen bedrooms. Comfortable furnishings and contemporary fittings decorate the space that is located just five minutes’ walk from the centre of Queenstown; while a chic timber front deck and ample wooden furnishings give it a true alpine feel.

Sliding glass doors take you from the bright and breezy living room to an outdoor entertaining deck that is drenched in sunlight and showcases views of the Skyline gondola and the surrounding hills dotted with contemporary mansions.

Decked out in premium appliances, enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, fully-sized fridge and ample bench and cupboard space. Complimentary toiletries are offered in both contemporary bathrooms equipped with a spacious shower and luxurious underfloor heated tiles.

Additional luxuries include HDTV with Netflix, Sonos soundbar, a washing machine and dryer, heating, free parking and convenient self check-in.

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
There is no doubt that Queenstown is for the adrenaline junkies and nature lovers. Shred the mountainside of snow-capped Coronet Peak or get your heart truly pumping on the Ben Lomod trail with a side of striking views. Right outside your doorstep you’ll find the beginning of the Queenstown Hill Walking Track—a steep (but worthwhile) trek to a hilltop that offers panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and its surrounding mountain ranges.

A 20-minute downhill stroll will lead you to the Skyline Gondola that offers spectacular vistas of Queenstown’s stunning landscape and the Skyline Luge—800 metres of sharp turns, dark tunnels and dippers that you speed through on a cart—which is more for the fast-paced at heart.

Head to Minus 5º Ice Bar where you’ll suit up in gloves and a jacket to enjoy a cocktail in an igloo.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown, 8 minutes to public transportation, and 10 minute drive from Queenstown Airport.

The property had free parking available onsite, and there are also plenty of spots in the street.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
