The pictures don't reflect the beauty of this 3 bedrooms-3 baths home with private south-facing (plunge) pool. You will love the layout and contemporary and high-end feel when entering this beautiful new home. The kitchen is open to the living area with a wonderful view on the private pool. While cooking or enjoying a glass of your favorite drink, you can still keep an eye on your little ones who will probably spend the most of their time in the pool. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a Wifi connected TV (with the cable app, and with many other apps that you can use by entering your own credentials: Netflix, Prime, Hulu...). Covid-19 update: you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. If you do not respect this rule, the owners of the property or the property managers (Horizon) will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. We ask you to not have any visitor. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.
