The Space:
With its white, blue, and gold color combination, a soothing vibe will welcome you as soon as you enter the space.

The living area comes with a comfy gray velvet 2-seater sofa, a black coffee table, soft carpet, and a huge HD TV. This will be your haven after a long day of strolling through what Dubai Marina has to offer. Stylish gold table lamps accenting the wall art complete the space.

Next to it is a velvet-blue upholstered queen-sized bed that adds a taste of luxury to the space. The quality mattress is fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure the good night's sleep everybody is dreaming of.

Cook your food in the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cookware, kettle, and others. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need for cooking. There are also two blue velvet bar stools provided where you can sit while enjoying your meals.

Unwind on the balcony; outdoor furniture is provided so you can have a nice sit during the day while having coffee and toast or at night while enjoying the city view the studio has to offer.

A welcome pack with coffee, tea, etc. is given upon arrival. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, water bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

The Marina Towers tram station is a few minutes away. You can get on this one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and more. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture.
