The Driftwoods is a pocket size colorful resort community of bright fun vacation homes. With a wide array of fun and unique lodging, this is the perfect location for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding parties, or any occasion for a large group to rekindle a playful side in a relaxing and fun atmosphere. Located on 5 private acres of lovely hill country, The Driftwoods offers nine unique lodging options and will sleep up to 30 guests comfortably with two retreats offering hot tubs. With its fun and whimsical feel, guests will have a difficult time choosing which colorful retreat to retire in for the night. The Driftwoods communal deck offers the perfect space for a large gathering with a full kitchen and plenty of seating. An Added Bonus: This property is Pet friendly for an additional fee!
The entire resort includes nine separate retreats accommodating up to 30 guests with a shared communal deck area, two hot tubs, fire pit, and two additional bathrooms located in the communal area perfect for the Yurt or Tipi lodgers or those gathered at the common area.

Blue Airstream /Sleeps (2)
This charming old school silver and blue bullet is perfect for those looking for a unique getaway for two. Guests will feel right at home inside the Blue Airstream with beautiful wood floors, paneling, soft lighting, and light and airy linens. The airstream includes a spacious dining area for two, a full kitchen to include a retro- fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stove. Relax in the living space that offers bench seating with hill country views. Sleep soundly in the comfortable queen bed. Tidy up in the bathroom that includes a shower. Enjoy stargazing on a private deck with a favorite beverage and snack at the bistro seating.
Blue House/ Sleeps (7) and offers a Hot Tub
The Blue House offers a peaceful and calm retreat and is the most private of all the retreats. With 1100 square feet, the Blue House offers plenty of space for 7 guests to vacation comfortably. Enjoy a favorite beverage and beautiful Hill Country views on the large front porch with rocking chairs and a dining set. Inside this three bedroom, two bath home, guests will find an open and airy home with a full kitchen, roomy living space, and large screen television. The master hosts a king and twin bed, and offers an attached bathroom with tiled shower. Bedroom two hosts a queen bed and is perfect for couples. Bedroom three hosts two twin beds ideal for children or singles. The second bathroom offers plenty of counter space and a shower/tub combo. Prepare meals with ease in a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as all the necessities to prepare family favorites. An added bonus this retreat offers a hot tub.

This roomy one bedroom Green Cabin is perfect for couples and is a splendid place to relax and enjoy the beautiful hill country views under the stars.This roomy 400 square foot cabin is perfect for couples or small families. Enjoy a favorite beverage and Hill Country views on the cozy front porch with dining area. The Green Cabin Cabin sleeps 3 comfortably with a sleeper sofa and king bed. This one room open airy cabin hosts a full kitchen adequately stocked to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy meals at the cozy dining table that seats four. Clean up for a restful night's sleep in a spacious bathroom with a tiled shower and vanity.
Orange Tiny House/Sleeps(2)
This Tiny Orange Escape will have you smiling all day! Guests will find this fun, funky, little orange house is perfect for just two, and offers just enough space and amenities for a relaxing and playful escape. Inside, this sunny Orange Tiny House guests will find all the conveniences of home in a unique setting that utilizes space in an efficient and interesting way. Be greeted with light pine floors, a family area perfect for reading or games, a bathroom with a stand up shower, vanity, and stylish tile work. Sleep soundly in a private loft bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed and fun pops of color and cozy linens. The Pink Container Home will have you tickled pink! This light, bright, modern 320 square foot micro home is made from a single 40 ft metal cargo container. Guests will find the tiny container home is a fun and unique way to getaway and will sleep 3 comfortably. Inside this roomy one bedroom container home is a queen size bed. Additional sleeping can be found on a full size folding sofa in the living space. Refresh in a charming tiled bathroom in its own space. The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare favorite meals. Choose to dine at the indoor dining area that overlooks the shared entertainment deck. The Pink Container House is located very close to the entertainment deck just out the door. Those who stay here will be in the middle of all the fun!

This roomy one bedroom Tipi is perfect for couples or small families who are looking for an adventure in nature. The one room retreat will sleep 4 and is furnished with a plush king-size bed, two twin beds, a dining area and lounging area with two sofas, plus a kitchenette complete with a coffee pot, mini fridge, and microwave. An added bonus: Guests will have access to their own private bathroom to include a shower and sink located just off the communal deck area.
Yellow House/Sleeps (4) and offers a Hot Tub
The Yellow House is a bright, cheery, two bedroom house that will sleep up to 4 guests. Guests will find this sunny retreat is the perfect place to mellow out for a weekend of relaxation with family and friends. With a clean, open concept, this roomy 750 square foot home offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Guests will enjoy the family space that opens up to the kitchen and hosts a large screen television great for watching sports or favorite movies as well as comfortable seating for entertaining and dining. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen that hosts a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker; all the necessities needed for an enjoyable stay. Sleep soundly in one of the two bedrooms. The master hosts a queen bed. The second room has two twin beds perfect for children. Each room is equipped with cozy linens for a restful night sleep. Tidy up in the tiled shower bathtub combo. offering plenty of counter space. An added bonus this retreat offers a hot tub on the side deck.
Yurt/ Sleeps (4)
The Yurt offers its own twist of Glamping, with a trendy and unique camping experience. Soak up all of nature's treasures without sacrificing a bed and other daily essentials. Guests will have access to their own private bathroom to include a shower and sink. This roomy one bedroom is perfect for couples or small families who are looking for an adventure in nature. The one room retreat will sleep 4 and is furnished with a plush king-size bed, two twin beds, a dining area and lounging area with two sofas, plus a kitchenette complete with a coffee pot, mini fridge, and microwave. Within the communal area and only a few feet from the Yurt, guests have access to their own private bathroom with shower and sink. The Yurt offers a portable air conditioner unit as well as a ceiling fan but do not expect the temperature to go below 80 degrees in the heat of the Summer.
All Guests at the Driftwoods have access to a shared deck that hosts a fabulous entertainment area. This space is perfect to congregate with friends, and family and watch a favorite sports team or grill favorites. The outdoor kitchen provides a large screen television, refrigerator, stove, oven, propane barbeque grill, plenty of dining and seating, and much more. Guests may also choose to relax on a hammock or unwind with a favorite beverage. For nature enthusiasts, enjoy hiking trails on the 5 acres of Driftwood property. Spend the evening gathered around the fire pit with family and friends, melting s’mores, popping corn, or stargazing.
The Driftwoods Retreat is located in Driftwood and minutes from Wimberley as well as Austin this property offers easy access to many local attractions.
