Everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spacious living room has design furniture, large dining room table and an advanced Bose sound system with a Sony 65-inch LED TV with Netflix and international channels. On the ground floor you find the spacious living room that is directly adjacent to the terrace and the swimming pool. By opening the sliding doors, this living space is completely drawn into the outdoor space.
The open European kitchen is adjacent to the living room and consists of a kitchen wall with built-in appliances from Siemens (studioline). Including a microwave, solo oven and a built-in coffee machine. In front of the kitchen wall is the large cooking island which is equipped with a dishwasher and a spacious induction cooktop. A matte black fridge is also included.
There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, furnished with matte black cabinets and designer sanitary of high European quality. The bedrooms have luxury box-spring beds with toppers, (built-in) wardrobes. All bedrooms and the terraces have sea view on the first floor. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and recessed LED lighting. 2 bedrooms on the first floor are also equipped with Sony LCD TVs. On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom, which also has its own terrace. In this room it is also possible to use the installed projector to watch movies on the big screen.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom including a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. All designed with matte black accents. This bedroom also has a Sony LCD TV and a Bose sound system.

Just a few hundred meters from the beach, you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday in this extremely exclusive and spacious villa. You are only a few minutes away from the supermarket (Van der Tweel) and the shops and restaurants of Jan Thiel. There are also various water sports activities available at Jan Thiel beach.
Villa Skyfall was built under architecture and has a large living area of no less than 560 m2 (6027 ft2). The entire house is equipped with durable European aluminum windows and frames. The ground floor and first floor have a sanded concrete floor, which fits well with the style of the villa. The house is equipped with built-in lighting with more than 100 LED spots and is secured with an advanced alarm system. The villa has beautiful voile curtains and luxurious blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The entire villa has matte black accents. In addition, both the villa and the garden are equipped with super fast fiber optic internet (75mbit). There is also a laundry room with a washer / dryer combination. The spacious swimming pool measures 9 by 4 meters (29.5 by 13 feet) and is directly adjacent to a sitting area. The pool deck on which there are sunbeds is situated around the sitting pit and the swimming pool. In addition to the open pool deck, there is also a covered terrace that connects directly to the living room. In this space you can find the large outdoor dining table with 8 chairs so that you can also enjoy a delicious meal outside.

Villa SKYFALL is close to Jan Thiel Beach. Here you will find many beach restaurants next to the beaches. Including Zanzibar Beach Club, Papagayo Beach Club, Tinto and Zest. In addition, there are also many shops, the supermarket, snack bars and car rental companies located at this location. In short, everything is close by!
Getting Around:
We can arrange airport transportation at a additional cost, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island.

- Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights

- Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 40 KwH per day, Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH, this will be calculated at the end of your stay.
