Set on 1 3/4 acres, Delany Lodge is located on the famous tree lined Delany Avenue, within walking distance to Bright's many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Upstairs you will find five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating for all year-round comfort. Downstairs there is a fully self-contained flat with a full kitchen and private bathrooms.

For larger groups please enquire about the 7-bedroom option for this property which has additional 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 more guests permitted to stay, maximum guests will be 18. The 7th bedroom will only be opened for bookings of 15 or more guests.

* Property is pet Friendly to small & medium size dogs, small fence area at the rear of the property. Medium size dogs to remain outside at all times and only permitted in the laundry area. Under no circumstances are pets to be left at the property unattended. *

* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

Bunk Beds:

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
