Summary:
This spacious two-bedroom apartment has a fantastic location minutes from the Crown Melbourne casino and entertainment complex and Southbank riverfront dining and shopping. It also has easy tram access to the city centre and is close to Queen Victoria Gardens. The unit has a kitchen and sprawling living/dining room that opens out onto a furnished balcony. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower bath. You also have access to a communal gym, spa, sauna and barbecue terrace.

Located on the 8th floor, this apartment has a spacious layout with soft carpet in its bedrooms and main living/dining area. The latter has four-person dining and vintage-style lounge furnishings. It also has an adjoining kitchen with convenient appliances. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a bathroom with a shower bath and full laundry. My 6 day stay was cancelled less than 3 hours before check in with some nonsense about a smoke smell. Wotif hardly helpful. Their chat line is useless - took a few phone calls to talk to someone who could English.

Lovely Location Funky Furniture

The check in process was a bit difficult as the pickup location was several blocks away and it appeared on the instructions it was just across the street. We were given one one set of keys and there were 3 of us with different schedules. The address given was also very confusing appatently building numbers and flat numbers are written differently in the states than Australia. Great location and building but the furniture and lamps seemed old and rickety. We were given only 2 towels each for a weeks stay and no washcloths.. The pool was too cold. The customer service was prompt and helpful when we called them.

Where so I start. From having to find a dodgy convenience store To get the key to the state of the room. No hot water., having to change plans to meet the plumber. No access to the car park as the remote had been lost. The carpet was Covered in stains and had rips in it. The beds looked like they were purchased from goodwill. And felt like they were going to collapse. When the hot water was fixed The exhaust fan didn’t work and the bathroom was wet. When you opened the bathroom door the steam made the alarm go off. Minimal assistance or solutions were offered From just find somewhere the first night to park it somewhere and we will reimburse you later the second night. I had to keep getting yo to move the car so I wouldn’t get a ticket. At one stage was told by Made Comfy who look after the property to ring back at 7 only to find the call centre shuts at 7 Overall a very poor property especially given the price point.

Property carpet a little dirty. Steel bed squeeked due to poorly tightened bolts. OK after tightenin

Property was a little tired. The 4 poster bed squeeked but was OK after after i tightened it up with an alan key. Three taps need washers, kitchen, basin and shower. Carpet is stained and needs a good clean.
