What We Love

This charming, historic home is set in the Village part of St Georges Road, just a short stroll to popular Edinburgh Gardens. Guests can indulge in creative cuisine at some of Melbourne's finest restaurants and galleries.

This family home offers a perfect balance of living space and outside entertainment space. This property is a rare find in this busy Melbourne suburb. With a spacious garden and a tree canopy that serves as a shade. It has an entertainment area perfect for social gatherings, relaxing with friends or family outdoor dining.

This 3 bedroom home is in an oasis of lush greenery and tranquility. With open plan living spaces that offer both privacy and light, this spacious town-house offers the best of what you're looking for, for your family on vacation. The lounge area is about 2.5 square metres.

Please note: There is on-street permit parking available upon request for one car. Please advise in advance if you will be using the permit. The permit allows you to park within the permit zone. You must display this permit in your vehicle so that parking inspectors can see that you are allowed to park there. Please be reminded of the clearway times in George's road it's fine to park there but never in clearway times. Please note that the host will not be liable for any towed car.

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $140 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Pet Friendly On Application (Dogs Only)
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste on the balcony so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

A $50 fee applies.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Weekend Getaway
We found the property great for our short stay. Trams to the city right outside the door, local supermarket just across the road. Cafes, restaurants etc and a large park area all close by. We would recommend this property and stay there again.
