The villa is a warm, welcoming space, filled with modern facilities and situated in beautiful park like grounds with mountain views. Sun & light floods into the villa and there is plenty of space on either of the 2 entertainment decks where you can enjoy one of our Central Otago beautifully crafted wines. This home holds the heat. The bedrooms are spacious with 2 x queen beds and 4 x singles along with a large bathroom, master ensuite & separate toilet. Each room has it's own thermostat heater. Your kitchen is fully equipped along with modern comforts of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cook top and electric oven or Wanaka township & the lake is a short 5 minute drive away. If hiking or biking is your thing then your in for a treat as you have direct access to trails, lake rides and a variety of walks or you may enjoy wine trails and tastings....either way you wont be short on things to do and see in beautiful Wanaka.

The bedrooms are spacious; The main bedroom (with ensuite) has a king bed and the second bedroom, also upstairs has 2 x king single beds. Downstairs has a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 x king single beds. Each room has its own thermostat heater.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. And there is third separate powder room for your convenience.

If you don't feel like cooking on holiday, Wanaka township & the lake is a short 5 minute drive away.
