This well-preserved property has been remodeled to offer 46 unique units, giving guests a chance to experience the old and the new while vacationing in Nashville.

The plans of the remodel were meticulous, with a goal to not only preserve but to highlight the original characteristics of the structure in the individual units and common spaces. Exposed brick, trusses, and beams, along with several other historical features are all original and an ode to the historical charm that can proudly captivate guests over 150 years later. With the old, comes the new and The 1865 did it just right! Modern, vintage, and eclectic furniture are blended together to create a dreamy, boutique-style stay.

Upon entry, guests can expect a warm welcome from the exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and arched windows allowing beams of natural light into the unit. The design was thoughtful and offers an open-concept main living area so everyone can converse with each other easily. The living room provides ample seating and a sofa sleeper, smart TV, an eye-catching textile rug, and a gorgeous light fixture.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances and necessary cookware to whip up a meal from home. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine-ware are also available for your convenience. A high-top style table in the kitchen provides seating for 4.

The home can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms and the sofa sleeper in the living room can be utilized if needed. The bedrooms have been fully furnished with luxe linens, colorful artwork, and comfortable area rugs.

There are two magazine-worthy bathrooms that are just as luxurious as they are beautiful. One bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The other full bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower. Each bathroom is fully stocked to serve guests.

The 1865 is an amenity building that offers an intimate bar, plunge pool, and private lobby. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared space as desired. The property is located between the 28th Avenue connector to the West End and Marathon Village, which grants you easy access to all of Nashville’s most popular landmarks.
