ALPINE SERENITY PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Close to town with the iconic Queenstown Trail walking track at your feet, this waterfront property will really set the scene for your holiday with its stunning lake and mountain views.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Park directly outside the unit and through the front door you will immediately find yourself in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped for those nights when you want a home cooked meal. Perch the kids up at the breakfast bar in the mornings before you hit the slopes or walking tracks.

The lounge area has comfortable couches and wonderful views – the perfect spot to relax with a glass of local pinot after a day of exploring this stunning region. In the warmer months, take it outside and onto the balcony with a cheeseboard or alfresco dining.

Down the stairs by the front door, you will discover the master bedroom to your left. With an ensuite complete with bath, and lake and mountain views, this room also has its own balcony – the ideal place to sit with your morning coffee as the sun comes up. Further down the hallway, you will find the main bathroom with spacious shower. Next to the main bathroom is the second bedroom with two singles (can be made into a King on request).

Down the second flight of stairs, is the carpeted garage with washer, dryer and additional fridge. The third bedroom is also on this level, with its own ensuite, large flatscreen and external access – ideal for adult kids who want to hit the nightlife.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

LOCATION:
Alpine Village is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Queenstown or a scenic 45-minute stroll along the Queenstown Trail. Close enough to take advantage of Queenstown’s legendary nightlife and outdoor pursuits, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy the serenity of the incredible landscape. With the iconic café The Boatshed an easy 20-minute walk away, you’ll have everything you need.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website - goodstays.nz
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

Enjoyed our stay at Queenstown
Our overall stay was wonderful. Loved the location of the unit and it was lake-facing. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils as we normally prefer to cook. The rooms and bathroom were clean. There is a bus stop right outside of the apartment which is an added benefit if you don't plan to rent a car. The house is in Frankton and the drive to the Queenstown downtown is approx. 20 mins. Bus from the apartment also goes to the downtown area. Gas stations and grocery shops were also close by and easier if you plan to drive. The only thing was the 3 floors. I had 4 citizens with me and hence going up and down the stairs to the bedrooms was a lil hard for them. So, if you have someone who has issues climbing stairs, think one more time. The check-in process, instructions, etc were super clear and they were very prompt at responding as well

Great place to stay
Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Thank you. Just a small note … the fridge had a strong fish smell when we arrived. We tried a few things to stop it, but it was still there this morning when we left. Certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful few days.

Great base to explore from
Great views, plenty of room for grown family and convenient base for exploring the region and also to get groceries from Frankton shopping areas. You’ll want a car but town is an easy walk along trail.
