Turtle Time is a single family home located in upscale Kure Estates Community and new to the rental market! It's a perfect home for your next family vacation.

When you’ve dreamed of that family beach holiday don’t settle for standard second class accommodations, treat yourself! Turtle Time is a Luxury Kure Beach Home with 2477 square feet of space, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious game room, 2 large outdoor lounge areas with plenty of seating, a large gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, a large garage space with ping pong table and space for your beach toys, and many other features that are 1st class and uncommonly seen at a beach rental.

Not only will you find luxury at Turtle Time but you will enjoy the quiet community of Kure Estates with its own beach access equipped with bathrooms, shower, gazebo and of course a well maintained boardwalk to the beach. This home is in a great location, near the aquarium, Ft. Fisher 4-wheel drive-on beach, a short drive to shopping, Southport car ferry and great fishing at Federal Point. You can also take a short trip to Carolina Beach Boardwalk to visit restaurants and entertainment.

**Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission

Enjoyable stay at Turtle Time

Overall we had a great stay in Kure beach! Pros: -The house looked even better in person. It was much bigger than expected and it was very clean. - Plenty of space in the house to enjoy games, meals, and relax -There were lots of accommodations like beach chairs, bikes, games etc. that enhanced our stay and made us feel right at home. -It has easy access to a beautiful beach and the neighborhood is very quiet while still being accessible to the busier areas of Carolina and Kure beach. -It was very easy to get in touch with the host and they were very accommodating in answering any questions we had quickly. Cons: -There were lots of little signs throughout the house with rules written and the threat of being charged if they aren’t followed. Totally understand that they have expectations for their guests but it was a little jarring and unpleasant -The fridge takes a long time to cool down which is frustrating when trying to cool down drinks and groceries at the beginning of a trip. Again they had a note explaining the quirks of the fridge but was a bit of a hassle -We were a group of 10 people gathering from all over and so had more cars than would fit in the driveway. There is no street parking so we had to pay to park cars overnight in public parking which was not ideal. The hosts were helpful in letting us know what our other options were but just something to note.

Beach wirh Friends!

Great stay at Turtle Time! It was clean with plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. You only get one towel set per guest, so of you are there longer than a couple of days, then I'd bring extra! Would stay here again!

Beautiful clean house

Beautiful, clean house to fit our families. The layout didn't work for us. My daughter and her cousin was going to stay in the room with bunk beds but we didn't realize it was attached to the bedroom with queen beds where my son and girlfriend stayed. The room with the bunk beds stayed very hot so They enjoyed hanging out and staying in the downstairs living room. Just wished it had a pull out couch. Only saw the hose at the outdoor shower to rinse off. They were very adamant about showering off to make sure no sand in the house which is very understandable. The distance to the beach was exactly 3 blocks. It was a good haul by walking so we used truck to transport. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Terrific Stay

We highly recommend Turtle Time as a place to stay while at Kure Beach. It was very clean and well kept. Beautiful hardwood floors in kitchen, dinning and living room. The back screened in porch was a great space. Very spacious. Short walk to the beach. We do plan to stay here again.

Beautiful home!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were a great size and worked out well for what we needed. The house was super clean and ready to go for us when we got there. Communications with the owners was easy and quick as well! We loved having quick access to the beach. We definitely would book this house again!
