The second you arrive at this South Padre Island Beach House, Starlight Villa, your stress will unravel like a kite on the sea breeze. The primary living areas are on the upper level. The coastal-themed living area is equipped with you in mind. There is seating for 6 around a mounted flat-screen television. Whether you want to watch a movie together or challenge the kids to a favorite board game, the living area will be the perfect spot to start and end your days. The open floor plan leads you to the dining area, which seats 6, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. Bring your family together for a savory home-cooked meal whipped up in our fully-equipped kitchen. Hop over to the charming local grocery, Blue Marlin, to stock up on your favorites or try locally sourced seafood, citrus, or avocados.
You won't spend much time inside, especially when you can enjoy the pool view from the furnished balcony. Watching the island turn orange in South Texas sunset will stay with you forever. On the back patio, your grill master's skills can shine. The poolside outdoor kitchen has a grill and stovetop - go all out! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed on which to stretch out. The guest bedrooms have queen-size, full-size, and twin-size beds. When not on the beach, spend time in the private pool. When heading home, you can leave the sand behind by washing up with the in-unit, high-efficiency washer and dryer.

-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-Pets are not allowed at this rental. Service animals are always welcome.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Optional pool heating costs $100 for the first three days and $25 for each additional day, and 24-hour notice is required.
