The Space:
This contemporary two-storey family residence was designed for easy entertaining and relaxed indoor-outdoor living. From the spacious living areas and work-from-home areas to the inviting alfresco for all year round enjoyment with a covered deck for all-weather dining, this is a home designed for easy living. The alfresco entertaining area features a new Weber BBQ, outdoor setting and an L-shaped heated pool that hugs the home, featuring a shallower end for the kids.

An entertainer of large proportions and cool coastal style, this double-storey home is located in the sought-after Sands Estate (Sands Golf Club 850m, White’s Beach 1.2km). Architectural flair and luxurious features throughout are central to this modern showpiece. An open plan design offers multiple living zones which include a spacious lounge with gas log fireplace and large comfortable lounge suites to curl up and watch TV.

The vast open plan living/dining area with split system heating-cooling has a grand high ceiling and expansive clerestory windows. Making its presence felt over the dining area, this feature ensures an abundance of light that streams through the home. Sliding doors open to the garden terrace and capture cooling breezes.

The layout is ideal for a memorable family holiday. Extensive cabinetry in the kitchen, a central island bench with bar stools, high quality appliances and a coffee pod machine make for easy meal preparation.

The bedrooms are beautifully styled and furnished to reflect the relaxed coastal palette in the rest of the home. Four large bedrooms (two with walk-in robes and deluxe ensuite bathrooms (one has a spa bath), two further bathrooms and guest powder room (fifth WC). All bedrooms are appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. There are two master bedrooms with queen-size beds and the ground floor master opens to the pool area.

Our beach house is within easy 1.2km walking distance to White’s beach, and 850m to the Sands Golf Club.

Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
