House Stay in Kissimmee

Our group of 3 enjoyed the house and had plenty of room. I would certainly return again. The keyless entry system was super convenient for our 3 a.m. check-in.

I had read another online review stating that one of the bedrooms was only accessible from "outside". So it didn't take me completely off guard when we arrived. So, the front doors open into the pool courtyard. You need to go thru the garage then to access the main house. And right to a separate pool suite. Most other homes we've rented had pictures of the floorplan. Potential renters might find this helpful. The other thing was again, regarding the "floorplan". The courtyard has a non locking door that's accessible from the street thru a narrow walkway between the houses. We were getting ready to leave the house for the day and a guy was in the courtyard cleaning the pool. I assumed he had a key. We went back and locked the garage door(to the main house) and the pool room suite. Until then we had only locked the "front door" not realizing that the courtyard wasn't securely locked Most of the mattresses were not comfortable, nor were the pillows, extremely cheap and thin. If they updated the mattresses and purchased new pillows it would definitely have made for a more enjoyable stay. The handicapped shower had cracks in the bottom, if that's not fixed will cause some serious damage. I can see families enjoying the kitchen to courtyard pass through window and beautiful pool area during warmer weather.

Not as expected

Front door entrance goes in to the outside garden. One of the rooms is completely separated from the house so in order to go to the kitchen and leaving room, you must walk outside. Not fun when raining! Beds need to be changed… very uncomfortable. Cleanest is not the priority!
