There are ramps upon entrance to our home front and back, there is a slight lip into the house but okay for wheelchairs.

The street is lovely and quiet. With only minutes to the town centre by car or 10min walk. Take a lovely stroll along the Tongariro River Trail.

It is heated by a heat pump in the main lounge with also a couple of heaters available in the rooms if required.

Deck space both back and front of the house, sit, relax, and enjoy with a beer or glass of wine enjoying the sun and beautiful birdlife in the backyard.

Laundry space and supplies available for use if required, clothes pegs and clothesline.

Off-street private parking is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped to help make you feel like it’s a home away from home. Gas cooking hobs and electric oven, microwave. Basic cooking items like oil, salt and pepper, and oil for use.
