Walk into a bright elegantly designed contemporary open living space with refined comfortable furniture and a gourmet kitchen; fully stocked with Bosch appliances. The expansive kitchen island can seat up to six and the dining table can expand to accommodate ten people for dinner. This home has central air and features a Sonos system throughout the entire house and on both sides of the wrap around deck. The second floor features three bedrooms all with queen beds stylish en-suite baths and California Closets. Heading back down stairs there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The outdoor space has a west facing 600+ square foot wrap around deck with a teak dining set that seats eight chaise lounges and a BBQ. This is a wonderful space to enjoy a lovely summer sunset! Walk across the landscaped front of the home to a gas fire pit which has six Adirondack chairs and outdoor lighting; a space that can be enjoyed well into the evening. Behind the home is and outdoor-shower with an entrance to inside conveniently next to it. There is also private parking for three cars. Favorably located in the Provincetown?s West End Victor?s and The Red Inn are a short walk away. The beach and the center of town are easily walk-able. There is also a bike rental place just up the street so that you can get around town with even greater ease. Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a $300 cleaning fee. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

The Perfect Holiday

A beautiful home in a quiet location

The home is beautiful and very comfortable for up to 6 people. The gardens are beautiful and there is good outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Having 4 full baths with 3 ensuite bedrooms was great. The location is very quiet, but it's about a 1 mile walk to the center of town, so keep that in mind. The kitchen was generally well equipped. Probably the best place we have stayed in P-town over the years, would be wonderful if it were closer in and had a better view. The 3 star rating for communication with the property manager was related to the fact we did not receive any updates on the check-in process until the day of check-in. That made us nervous as we were unsure that all was well with the rental and were a bit concerned about driving 500 miles only to learn there was a problem. An email reminder a few days in advance and then the check-in email on the day of arrival with the entry code would have been much less stressful.

What a great house!

This is such a fantastic house, and great host. You can tell that this is a house that is truly loved by the owners. It has everything you need to have an awesome time with friends -- the kitchen is well stocked with all the key little tools you need to entertain, the property manager made sure we had gas for the grill. Everything was thought through and perfect. Highly recommend staying here!

Terrific house

This is a spacious property that checks all the boxes for a great Provincetown getaway. The kitchen is the superstar of the property -- spacious and well appointed. Cooks will be delighted. The outdoor spaces are great too, especially the fire pit sitting area.

Fun Family Vacation

The relator and the owner were very kind. There was an issue with towels not being dried when we got there probably due to humidity along with some sand issues probably due to cleaning crew rushing. Also, a shower head fixture broke and a chair. Not only did they call me back instantly, the owner had a very nice bottle of champagne sent to us. The Relator also checked in with us many times. This house was perfect for our family. We are reliving a vacation and setting my mother and I did when I was a child. We also had my partner’s very meticulous father and our children. Everyone loved it! Thanks so much hope to come back in the next couple of years.

Fantastic accommodations

The whole experience was wonderful. Max was great at responding to any questions we had before and during the stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and host dinners. Everything was impeccable!

Special gem in the West End

I’ve been visiting Provincetown during the summer for the past 15 years. I had some free time last winter and seized the opportunity to visit Cape Cod on my own to relax and recharge. I also wanted to test drive a larger property to bring friends and family in the future. 31 Creek Road exceeded my expectations and met all my needs in a number of ways. Location. I prefer having easy access to all the amenities but not the noise and foot traffic along Commercial. Stop and Shop is a short 5 minute drive and Joon Bar (one of the few open establishments during the winter) was a 10 minute leisurely walk. And while the house is on a large, private lot with no public car access, I wasn't alone with the crickets – occasionally I would see people walk by with their dogs. Beach access is a short walk up Bradford. I’m from NYC – it was great not having a building and neighbors 15 feet away, staring at me through the windows! Accommodations. I can appreciate the occasional shell encrusted mirror frame, seahorse printed linens, and 19th century, weathered “charm.” But 31 Creek Road offered a better balance between the beachy/getaway feel and an urban sensibility (e.g., plantation shutters and Adirondack chairs with a sprinkle of Eames). The gas fireplace came in handy and the natural light in every room helped to keep the place comfortable when the outdoor temperature was parka worthy. Outdoor Space. It was too chilly to spend much time outdoors but I imagine the space will be a star attraction and where guests will spend much of their time. That wrap around deck will be absolutely perfect for sunbathing, having an outdoor dining experience, enjoying the sun set with a cocktail (right after Tea and before dinner!), or hosting a small party! More parking than needed. 31 Creek is a gem. Can’t wait to visit again with some friends!

Luxurious, Adorable, Spacious, Great Location

Travelled from Ireland to Boston and then Provincetown. Stayed at this property with my wife and kids (19 and 17). First impression on drive up was Wow! Second impression on entering was Wow! It was so user friendly and welcoming, This is a brand-new property finished to a very high and thoughtful standard throughout (fittings, furnishings and appliances). Plenty of space inside and outside. The outside was getting developed during our stay and if it is finished to the standard of the inside then the next visitors will not be disappointed. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are luxurious. Sound system throughout the house and outside. The house offers a lot of privacy but it doesn't feel remote, it is ideally located. We walked into town easily for lunches, dinners and entertainment. Easy walk to the shore and to hiking routes and ideal for bikes. There is a large open plan kitchen leading out to a wrap around decking; perfect for relaxing and social gatherings. Plenty of room for parking. Owners were very friendly, responsive and made us feel totally at ease. We will definitely be back on Creek Road. We would definitely recommend this house. Plenty of space for more family or friends next time.
