This property has two parts, a spacious three-bedroom home and a light-filled one-bedroom apartment, with views of the sea.
Downstairs, the comfortable three-bedroom family-size home has two bathrooms, a recently renovated open-plan kitchen with lounge and dining areas, laundry and separate toilet.
All bedrooms are a comfortable size with built-in robes with drawers and coat hangers. Both bathrooms have showers, while the main bathroom also has a bath, and the ensuite features a two-person spa.
In the lounge you’ll find a smart TV with DVD player and plenty of family games and books. The kitchen has everything you need for family cooking, including a modern oven and stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and pod coffee machine.
The separate laundry has a washing machine, and there is a hills hoist in the backyard; perfect for drying a quick load of washing, or all those beach towels after a fun day at the beach.
Upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled, roomy one-bedroom, fully contained apartment. It has a small kitchen (complete with oven and stovetop), dining and lounge areas, master bedroom (with a built-in robe) and full bathroom complete with shower and spa. It’s perfect for grandparents, or older kids needing their own space and timeout zone.
The upstairs apartment is accessed by its own, separate exterior staircase and has a wonderful balcony with a comfortable space to relax with a view of the sea. The lounge features a projector for family movie nights, and a desk if you need to do a little work or homework.
The property’s back yard is spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around, plus the large front yard is also secure with a perimeter fence. There is a comfortable undercover seating area on the deck with a four burner BBQ.
After a long day at the beach, or a quick drink at the local Sand bar beer garden, or checking out Inverloch's amazing scenery, all located a 5-minute walk from the house, you are able to come back and relax with the family in comfort.
