The Space:
Step in and you have reached your home away from home! Be amazed on how the furnishing of this apartment turned out to be one of a kind and upscale.

Lets start with the spacious and bright area with a minimalist design. Lounge on the black leather couch with chaise while watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV equipped with cable channels. This are is completed with soft carpet, modern coffee table and unique pendant lights. What's interesting and unique in this area is that it in one click it will turn as your bedroom as it has a murphy bed (queen-sized bed) that can sleep two!

Enjoy your meals at the comfy dining area that sits two. Cook your own food at the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, cookware, kettle and others. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need for cooking.

Hangout on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air or just sit back and relax after a long day of exploring Dubai.

The bathroom has soft fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!

The Neighborhood:
Al Furjan is a vibrant neighbourhood that celebrates the true spirit of community. Al Furjan is a 560 hectare residential development located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to Discovery Gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall. Al Furjan is Arabic for a ‘collection of homes’ or ‘small village’ and this place is designed to create a friendly, community environment among residents, with houses built in small clusters connected by a series of walkways and parks.

The community is made up of a shared network of pathways and amenities. Furjan will benefit from linked cycle routes running through Discovery Gardens, Garden View Villas and Al Furjan, resulting in a 40 km cycle track for the communities.

Getting Around:
Al Furjan is situated alongside the D591 that serves Discovery Gardens, and the E77 Jebel Ali Road, both of which connect to Sheik Zayed Road, the principal spinal highway running the length of Dubai.

Notwithstanding traffic jams as you attempt to access these roads, the journey to Dubai Marina is 20 minutes, Dubai International Airport 40 minutes, the Mall of the Emirates 25 minutes and Downtown Dubai around 30 minutes.

The nearest mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, is less than 15 minutes drive and has its own metro station.

Amenities include a Spinneys supermarket, a children's swimming pool, a convenience store, a leisure club, a mosque, a restaurant, a swimming pool, car parking, cycle routes, food and beverage outlets, shops and sports facilities.

Whilst Dubai Taxi, Uber and Careem are readily available, it would be best to have your own car to easily explore Dubai. Jebel Ali Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club and Ibn Battuta Mall are all a short drive away, along with the Free Zone and Port.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
