High-rise building end unit, located in Ocean City, MD, is a unique split-level / two- story level vacation home, offering direct ocean front views of the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. Spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit on separate floors offering floor to ceiling windows and private balconies to enjoy endless water views, sunrise to sunset. The unit is well maintained featuring tiled and carpet floorings, central air conditioning, new washer & dryer, new Vertiglide blinds for all windows with room darkening features, 60 inch Samsung TV in LR and two 43 inch wall-mounted Samsung TVs in BRs, high speed internet, BR ceiling fans and sleeps six comfortably (queen beds in each bedroom and queen sleeper in living room area). Both bathrooms and kitchen areas were completely renovated three years ago. Fully equipped kitchen with dining essentials and nicely kept. Condo amenities include enclosed indoor swimming pool, fitness center, enclosed central hallways, high-speed lobby elevators and separate beach traffic elevator, massive oceanfront sundeck, 24-hour security, easy beach access and ample parking . Building is conveniently located close to restaurants, public tennis courts, and public transportation for visiting the boardwalk.
