U232 Calypso is in a relaxing holiday complex directly adjacent Kirra beach to Collangatta's north. No water view hence the modest price. Same facilities, and exit via beach/pool entrance and your are right there. Coolangatta and Greenmount surf life save clubs on either side. Gym, Sauna , heated landscaped pool complex and spa, private security parking space

Apart from the beach, surfing, volleyball (regular world class competitions) the sand (softest sand in Australia>world:)), the restaurants, the clubs and pubs, the amazing walking/running/bike paths tracks and trails, fishing, swimming, entertainment... yes there's Cooly Rocks festival with its Rock and roll dancing, theme dress up, hot rods cars (hundreds on display), bands entertainment ... its full on. Its cool daddyo.
A short drive to world famous Currumbin wildlife sanctuary, then further north to the rest of the gold coast including the exciting surfers Paradise, Ritzy Broadbeach, and glamorous South port. West to the natural Hinterland forests.
This unit has all you need to make you comfortable. Generous queen-sized bed in separate bedroom, separate good sized bathroom with shower/bath, vanity and Washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has fridge freezer, cooktop and exhaust, microwave, blender, air fryer, toaster, (coffee machine in photo not for guest use us, but so many cafes who cares), dishwasher, all cutlery and dishes set 4, cooking pots pans, ample stone bench tops. Free private cable internet and WIFI, large smart TV and sound bar, Netflix, YouTube, Prime, fox, free to air, Blu-ray player with some movies , CDs, robot vac, balcony overlooks Griffith street Hot-rod display, with 4set outdoor table and chairs. The unit has reverse cycle air-conditioning, bedroom paddle fan, and bathroom steam extraction. Pleasantly presented spacious living room as large L shape sofa lounge the becomes a queens sized sofa bed. Second floor common space carpeted hall has 2 lifts, garbage chute, view of pool and first floor vestibule. There is a well appointed gym and sauna easy access. Must follow all normal rules posted around he place particularly for pool and gym/sauna use. There is a 24 hour reception, though this apartment is privately managed so just smile. They are friendly and may help with directions, but no booking or assist this apartment through them
