Enjoy the ultimate in harbourside living from this studio apartment in Neutral Bay. Nestled on a quiet and peaceful street, it's footsteps to Neutral Bay Wharf and postcard-perfect Hayes Street Beach. Light-filled throughout, this studio apartment offers all the modern comforts of home. Features include a premium queen sized bed, fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom.

It's beautifully styled with a 65" Smart TV, workspace and ample storage and includes access to a shared laundry.
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Check-out: Before 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties nor events
*No pets allowed
*Not suitable for children and infants

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW:

*Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these space as not guaranteed as its on a first come first serve basis.

*Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
You will have access to all areas of the apartment during your stay.
Just footsteps to Neutral Bay Wharf, this apartment has the harbour right on its doorstep. It's the perfect base for exploring Sydney, providing a stylish retreat at the end of a busy day.

Flooded with natural light, this studio apartment has an open plan design, with gorgeous harbour views. Inside you'll find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It offers a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, along with all your cooking essentials.

The living space includes a large couch and Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. There is cupboard space for storing your belongings and a desk that can be used as a breakfast bar or work station where you can catch up on emails.

The luxurious king sized bed is topped with hotel-style linens to ensure a good night's sleep. It features bed side tables and reading lights.

In the bathroom, you can expect a shower, toilet and vanity with complimentary toiletries to use during your stay. There is a communal laundry with washing machines and dryer available to use.

Please note there are a few parking spaces located directly outside the apartment building. These are available on a first come first serve basis. There is also free street parking on weekends and overnight.

A great place for a holiday in Sydney
I stayed in the Bay Court apt for three weeks. The place is small but it easily beats any hotel I could think of. It is private, has a nice kitchen, good bathroom and a very comfortable bed. And in my view the location is superb: not in the heart of the city, but close by, easily accessible and quiet. One thing that needs to be noted: the nearest supermarket is a 20 min walk - so prepare yourself for that, especially if you decide to cook. Overall - highly recommended.

Perfect for a stay near the CBD
Property was great for a week long stay when I had to come into the office. Close enough to the CBD that I could commute in to work easily but in a lovely area with great restaurants, cafes and beaches so was great to explore during time off.

Unfortunately we didn't a have a good experience staying at this place.
The checking process was terrible as the keys were not located in the place indicated on the instructions. After one hour of backs and forwards with the team, we finally found the keys which were in the locker for another unit of the same building. They apologised saying the previous guests put the keys in the wrong place and we were wondering if no one came to check and clean the unit after the previous guests had left. When we got into the studio, we realised the bathroom wasn't cleaned and was infested by little spiders (we counted 20 in the bathroom) and cockroaches (we found cockroach feces in the wardrobe and kitchen cabinet). We had to go to the supermarket at 9pm that night to buy cleaning products and insect spray. It was terrible!!! After our complaints, they sent cleaners to the unit, unfortunately it was too late - two days after our check-in! I wouldn't recommend this place/ the services of this company to anyone. They shouldn't be operating with such poor quality of services.
