This home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

CASA PALMERA is a fully furnished 2-story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed with Twin Trundle underneath. The living room has a Queen Pull-Out sofa as well and a pack n' Play for the kiddos. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress upon request for your convenience, which can sleep additional.. A 2nd full bath is located upstairs, and another half bath on the 1st floor.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include 2 family/sitting rooms with large flat screen TV open to the fully stocked kitchen. The back door opens to the outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating and dining table to relax. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! The patio opens to a large grassy area for play. This deep diving (optional heated) pool can be enjoyed by all.*** Corn-Hole game to enjoy in the yard...

***Additional fee to heat the pool. ($75.00 additional per day for 85 degree temperature)

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September for monthly bookings). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages.

A private garage can park 2 cars, as well as driveway parking. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa Palmera has to offer!

***Dog(s) allowed with approval only and additional cleaning fee. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

E.Paradise Ln Rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a nice neighborhood and close to all of the shops and restaurants in the Kierland area. The property itself has a nice backyard and pool area. The interior of the home has had some updates and repairs but would benefit from a facelift. The furniture was not overly comfortable and the kitchen and dining table chairs were metal with no seat pads or cushions. The kitchen is very small with limited storage. Shelves placed on the wall were “tilting” and not particularly sturdy. The master bedroom mattress is very soft. Several of the venetion blinds were in need of replacement. The single heating/cooling thermostat is located upstairs which resulted in significant different room comfort temperatures.Wes, the local property manager, was outstanding. Responded quickly regarding inoperable appliances and home supply items. He was always prompt and professional. Property is fine for short time stays but would not recommend it for multiple month stays. Upgrades to furniture and overall interior improvements are needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is great! It’s close to was nice to have a pool for us and grass for the dogs. It was an updated property with some really cute features and Wes the property manager was friendly and answered our questions.However, the pool wasn’t well cleaned. When pool maintenance visited, they agreed and said they would talk to the owners about a better cleaning system for the pool.There were a few other things around the house that could make the property guest ready.We noticed the box spring in the 2nd bedroom didn’t fit properly, which caused the bed to teeter.Additionally the 2nd bedroom needed to vacuumed more thoroughly, and a load of laundry was still in the dryer when we arrived.The open shelves in the kitchen are cute, but are sagging and not very well attached.There are a few things that could make this place more friendly for long term renters as well. The current charge for heating the pool was 75/day. It was so nice to have an option to heat the pool but it would be nicer to have a discount for those who stay longer periods.Additionally, the filter in the fridge needs to be changed, the water tasted dirty and the replacement light is on. Ice and water dispenser isn’t working. A better vacuum would be nice for the renter so they can keep a cleaner space.Also gas for the grill and fire pit should be provided as well as a mail key for longer rentals.
