DESCRIPTION:
Ideal for up to 6 guests, the dominant features of the town house are its high ceilings and natural brightness making the house light and airy. The town house is well-insulated to ensure that it effectively remains cool in summer and retains heat in winter. The town house is designed to have a high-energy rating, and openable windows to all rooms.
Secure access from the underground 2-car garage to the living room is via the stairs. Vehicle clearance to enter the garage is 1.95m. The floor of the living room is timber making it easy to maintain a dust-free environment. The bedrooms and stairs are carpeted and cosy underfoot.The fully-equipped kitchen has marble bench-tops, 600mm wide 4 burner gas cooktop and oven, top of the range appliances, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, double toaster suitable for crumpets, dishwasher, microwave, separate pantry and double sink. There are 3 bedrooms.The master bedroom has access to a secure external balcony via a fully glazed sliding door. All bedrooms have large mirrors, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning units and block out blinds. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and pillows of different densities to suit your needs. The other rooms, one including two single beds ideal for a family of two children and the other a queen bed, also have mirrors, large wardrobes and side table lamps for comfort, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning units and block out blinds.
The bookcase is well populated with games, puzzles, adult childrens books, and cookbooks. The house has a number of vibrant indoor plants that are grow and fed by hydroponic methods (guests do not need to water plants, a light mist if anything). For guests who ride bikes, there is a secured storage space in the garage that can accommodate 1-2 bikes.

My townhouse offers so many comforts and amenities, it is new and has been carefully fitted out to anticipate your needs. We are 20 mins away in the event that you need us to be physically be there. Whilst you are our guests take the opportunity to see Pentridge village which is a significant part of Melbournes history its a short walk to cafs shops and cinema. Enjoy the surrounding Coburg Lake and Merri Creek parks and nature Reserves, as well as the one of two only remaining drive ins. If you are here in summer walk to Coburg Olympic Pool, or the Coburg Leisure Centre indoor pool. Finally Sydney Road full of Middle Eastern, Greek and Asia restaurants, all at very reasonable prices. There are so many amenities within walking distance including the Coburg train station and tram lines into the city.
LOCATION:
This is an architecturally-designed townhouse located in the iconic suburb of Coburg. It has every consideration made for both style and comfort; its dcor is modern chic, balanced with a homely feel. As such, it has a home away from home appeal, as well as an elegant and calming retreat. Within walking distance is the Pentridge complex famous for its history, it now encompasses cinemas, restaurants, supermarket and various other shops and amenities. The complex incorporates the historic blue stone walls, the remnants of a rich history.
The townhouse is quite centrally located. Close to Coburg train station and tram line route into the CBD, or an 8km drive. It is also very accessible to Melbourne airport, a 20-minute drive.
The townhouse backs onto the picturesque Coburg Lake park and Merri Creek linear park bike track, picnic spots, playgrounds and walking tracks. Sydney Road Coburg boasts an eclectic and culturally-rich strip with a variety of foods, restaurants, hair and nail, clothing and homeware stores to discover. Also walking distance is Coburg Leisure Centre and Coburg Olympic Pool once used in the 1956 Olympic games.

Getting Around
Many of the amenities you would require are within walking distance, with safe and well thought out paths. Car parking on Sydney Road and the surrounding area is free with time restrictions, Guest Interaction
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Pet StaysNB: Many of our properties, (including this one) are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The pet stay fee is not included in the rate and is $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet.
SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTSFor stays of 28+ nights and bookings made within 5 days of arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable bond of $1200.00. Payments of this bond by credit card or International Bank Transfer will incur fees which are not refundable. Please note bonds may be requested at the managers discretion. Bonds are due 7 days before arrival and are refunded within 14 days of departure. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal.
